If you choose to borrow moving boxes from us, we will send them in good time before the moving date. After that, you can pack at your own pace so that everything is ready to be carried out when our moving team arrives. If you are not able to receive us, you can always leave the key in advance. If it makes it easier, we can also help with packing and moving cleaning.

Price for moving assistance
We tailor the move according to your needs, and you always pay a fixed price. The price is calculated based on demand and the time of the month when the move takes place. The highest demand is usually at the end and middle of the month. If you are flexible with the date of your move, there are days when it is more advantageous to move. How long does a move take?
We always complete the move in a single day. The duration of a move is approximately 4-6 hours from start to finish, depending on the size of your household, traffic, and accessibility.

During what times do you conduct moves?
We offer our moving service from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekends. Upon request, we may also be able to accommodate moves at later times.

I'm moving a long distance, is that possible?
We offer our moving assistance from Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Malmö as our starting points and can help you move to a new address anywhere in the country. If you are moving from Linköping, Norrköping, or Västerås, we can assist you with your move to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Malmö. Yes, we conduct moves to nearby countries such as Denmark or Norway.

What do I need to prepare before the move?
If you haven't booked packing services with us, your entire household should be fully packed and ready to be carried out on the moving day. Fragile furniture and textiles should be packed as securely as possible, and everything that fits in a moving box should be packed accordingly.

I have a larger bed/sofa or similar furniture that needs to be disassembled, how do I handle that?
Light disassembly is included in your move. We will unscrew lamps, handle simple shelf setups, or disassemble your sofa or bed to facilitate the carrying process. However, wardrobe systems like PAX are not included in light disassembly.

How do I pay for my moving assistance with Personia?
You will receive an invoice via email approximately two (2) weeks after your move.

Can you move a piano or a safe?
We do not handle piano moves or moves of safes and aquariums.
