Security for Everyone
We are members of the employer organization Almega and have a valid collective agreement with the Union of Real Estate Employees. Naturally, we hold a valid F-tax certificate, and in case of accidents, we are insured with liability insurance.
Tax Deduction
We offer household services eligible for RUT and ROT deductions according to the regulations and norms set by the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). This means that private individuals only need to pay half of the labor cost, including VAT, for services such as cleaning and gardening in their homes. These deductions are applied directly to the invoice when you use our services.
